Time Management in a Nutshell

The basic process of gaining control of your time and your life involves three things – think, plan and do. In this one-hour teleseminar, time management expert Harold Taylor, CSP, will guide you through the following steps:

Think: Exploring your passion, purpose and priorities. Determining what is important in your life, breaking free of trivia, and setting your sights on specific targets.

Plan: Planning your course and creating commitment. Deciding how you will get from where you are to where you want to be, plotting the course of action in your planner, and developing guidelines to stay on track.

Do: Dealing with distractions and developing discipline. Maintaining focus amid chaos, coping with interruptions, and resisting the tendency to procrastinate.
